Since you got the quest in Fisherman's Haven, here are the directions from there: go north through Stingray Strand into Tears of the Fallen (smallish explorable area). Keep heading north on the beaches and pass into the Talmark Wilderness. Stay as far to the east as you can here and you'll hit the Black Curtain explorable area. Stay as far north as you can, following the roads and you'll hit the Temple of Ages.
